In short: this app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, from anyone, ever. Everything you enter — band names, song predictions, your Top 15 — stays only on your own device.
What this app is
Music Night Bingo is a personal-use app for playing a music-prediction bingo game with friends. There is no account system, no login, and no server this app talks to that's operated by us.
Data we collect
None. This app does not collect any data about you, your device, or your usage. There is no analytics, no crash reporting service, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
What's stored, and where
Everything you type into the app — band names, dates, song predictions, bingo board progress — is saved only in the app's local storage on your own device, using Apple's on-device SwiftData framework. It is never sent anywhere. If your device backs up to iCloud through Apple's standard iPhone backup system, this app's data is included in that backup the same way any app's local data would be — that backup is managed entirely by Apple and your own iCloud account, not by us.
Apple Music
If you choose to use the "My Top 15" feature, the app asks for permission to access Apple Music so you can search for and play songs. This uses Apple's own MusicKit framework directly on your device. We never see, collect, or store your Apple Music account information, listening history, or library contents — that access happens entirely between your device and Apple's services under Apple's own privacy practices.
Third parties
This app does not share data with any third party, because it does not collect any data to share in the first place.
Children's privacy
This app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
